You may request an exchange or return of your order within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
- be unused and in its original condition;
- retain its original appearance and consumer properties;
- include all original packaging and accessories;
- be free from damage caused by use or improper handling.
Returns of Non-Defective Items
If you return or exchange an item of satisfactory quality, all shipping and transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns of Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item is defective or you received an incorrect product due to our error, all shipping costs related to the return or exchange will be covered by our online store.
Refund Process
Returned items should be sent using a postal or courier delivery service.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund. Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days, but no later than 30 calendar days after we receive the returned parcel.
Refunds are made to the customer's bank card or the original payment method whenever possible.
